Policies for Windwalkers 2008

DELIVERY TIME:  Items that we have in our inventory are normally shipped out to you in 2 to 4 days. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Custom and special orders are individually scheduled when we receive the order. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

SHIPPING CHARGES:  Shipping charges are added all orders.

  •  Continental USA we ship UPS ground insured unless other arrangements have been made. The charge is $7.50 for the first item, add $2 for each additional item.
  •  International orders (including Hawaii and Canada). These are subject to an increased shipping charge. Please contact us for specific rates and delivery times. Ground rates are not available so international orders are shipped Air International or Express International. We are not responsible for any duties or tariffs you may be required to pay.

SPECIAL ORDER INFORMATION:
Custom Designs: Most Custom Orders are individually designed and are done by appointment. Please contact us via E-mail or telephone for more information.

Special Needs: We offer custom work on our products which includes extra large or extra small sizes, extra wide or narrow cuts, custom sized arches, lifts and heels, extra shock absorption, orthotic design work, repairs, alterations or other. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Limited Edition Boots: When you order please include the following measurements:
  1. Bare foot tracings of both feet with your arch area marked
  2. The circumference around each ankle
  3. The circumference around each calf
  4. The circumference around each knee
  5. At the back of your heel, the height in inches
    • to the ankle bone
    • to the widest calf area
    • to the bend under the knee

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:  We guarantee our products for one year for defects in materials or workmanship. We will happily exchange WindWalkers that have not been used or give credit for the value of returned items. No cash refunds. Just send a note (with your phone number) about what you need; include payment for any price differences and the shipping charges above - to cover the cost of returning the items to you.
